McLarty Wolf is a small team of experienced lawyers and support staff who practice civil litigation and dispute resolution exclusively and have for many years. It is our area of expertise, we enjoy it and we are committed to doing it well for our clients.

Because we are a small team focused on particular practice areas, we can handle litigation matters effectively and efficiently. Our approach to providing litigation services includes:

1. Giving straightforward, “no nonsense” advice to our clients.  Our advice includes discussing “upfront” litigation plans and their associated costs.
   
   
2. Managing our clients’ files to ensure they are moved forward quickly and consistently to their resolution.  Our management standards include brief weekly reviews of each file to discuss their progress and future steps.
   
   
3. Employing software such as Amicus Attorney 5 to electronically organize all of our files.  On many of our files, all communications (emails, phone calls and correspondence) and documents are available in an electronic format.
   
   
4. For larger cases, we employ advanced litigation support software tools including Summation LG Blaze and Casemap 5 to organize documents and facts.

Each of our lawyers, Ross McLarty, and Murray Wolf, has practiced law for between 18 and 27 years. Similarly our staff members have high levels of experience and training. Therefore, client files are always handled by lawyers and assistants with considerable experience. We find this results in better and more cost effective outcomes for our clients.

Our service oriented approach to practicing law means that our clients are given individual treatment.  We have the flexibility to cater to a wide variety of reporting and billing requirements. We keep our clients informed of the progress of their cases including the time frames and costs associated with various steps in the litigation. E-mail has enhanced our ability to communicate with our clients and we take full advantage of it.
