ADMINISTRATIVE AND PUBLIC LAW
We represent clients in a number of different administrative and public law contexts. Our experience before administrative tribunals includes:
- Human rights complaints before the B.C. Human Rights Commission,
- Disciplinary proceedings before professional regulating bodies,
- Expropriation proceedings before the B.C. Expropriation Compensation Board, and
- Appeals of decisions made by government managers to the B.C. Environmental Appeal Board.
We also have experience acting for clients in court proceedings who challenge the decisions of administrative tribunals and other statutory decision makers by means of the judicial review process.
Our clients include individuals, corporations and large public organizations/societies.
