Thomas Eaves is an associate at McLarty Wolf. He currently practices litigation in the areas of contract, commercial, real estate, and estate disputes. Tom joined the firm after having worked in Calgary, Alberta at a boutique litigation and real estate firm dealing primarily with commercial, insurance, real estate, foreclosure and bankruptcy litigation. Thomas has successfully appeared before the British Columbia Supreme Court, the British Columbia Provincial Court, and the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench,
Thomas received a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations in 2006 from the University of British Columbia and a Juris Doctor in 2010 from Queen’s University. While in university, Thomas participated in a one year exchange to the National University of Singapore studying economics, history and geography and attended the Queen’s International Student Centre in the United Kingdom for studies in international business law. He has also spent time volunteering various immigrant education for a legal education NGO in Laos and Thailand, working closely with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and the Laos Bar Association.
Thomas has been a regular volunteer at various immigrant educational non-profit organizations.
